Description

The change detection was conducted with Landsat TM imagery (Path 47, Row 28) that covered the coastal area from just north of Willapa Bay in Washington to south of Cape Lookout in Oregon.

A descriptive summary of this data set is available in Portable Document Format (PDF). The summary includes a report of the dominant land cover changes, tabular summaries of the 1989 and 1992 land cover data sets, and a change matrix (or tabular summary) for the 1989-1992 change dataset.
