Structuring Questions
Structuring questions can means not only how the question itself is
written, but also how the responder is guided to answer. The way a question
is worded can reveal or suggest bias on the part of the interviewer.
Especially in the case of multiple choice type response options, the
question can also unintentially guide the interviewee toward a certain
answer, or not allow him or her to answer the way they would like.

- The use of agree/disagree vs. ranking responses
- Sensitivity in phrasing questions
- Wording
- Poorly-defined terms
